dc.description.abstract | The prime objective of this thesis is the design, synthesis, and applications of newlinefluorescent probes for applications in bioimaging and endogenous hydrogen sulfide newlinebased stimuli-responsive theranostic probe for targeted drug delivery in cancer newlinetherapy. Chapter 1 discusses significance of reactive oxygen species (ROS), reactive nitrogen species (RNS) such as NO, HNO, H2O2, O2., etc., The design principles of molecular newlineprobes and its working principle through different mechanisms PET, ICT, ESIPT, and newlineFRET have been described. A survey of the past to latest progress in fluorescent newlineprobes for ROS, RNS, and enzymes in biological systems was discussed. ( abstract attached) newline | |
