Abstract: newline Jharkhand is a rich state but people are living in bad conditions where 30% of mineral resources of the country met by the state of Jharkhand. The population of state is 3.29 cr. Where maximum are below poverty line. That is why I have chosen this topic Impact of Population on Socio Economic Development of Jharkhand State, India . newlineObjective newline1. To study the impact of population on natural resources of the state. newline2. To study how the rate of human population growth is determined. newline3. To study problem and causes of over population and its impact on Socio-Economic development of the people and the state. newline4. To study the impact of population on environment. newline5. To study the govt. sponsored programme, state and center to improve the Socio-economic development of the people and the state of Jharkhand. newline6. To study the Jharkhand development model. newlineNull Hypothesis newlineH0 : There is no impact of population on natural resources of the state. newlineH0 : There is no impact of overpopulation on Socio-Economic development of the people and the state. newlineH0 : There is no impact of govt. sponsored programme on improvement of Socio-economic development of the people and the state of Jharkhand. newlineFindings newline1) Ways and means devised to serve govt. programs through the administrative process is so long that work has not been up to mark. newline2) Lack of proper training and involvement on the part is inadequate and attenuated administrative process. newline3) Lack of cohesion in simultaneous implementations of the Family Planning Programme in Blocks. newlineRecommendations newline1) Labour intensive techniques should be adopted.. newline2) The govt. should educate rural entrepreneur. newline3) The govt. should develop marketing managerial skills for urban marketing. newline4) The govt. should establish constitution authority to take direct control over chronically failing schools. newline5) The govt. should encourage people for women empowerment which is essential to achieve socio-economic development objectives.
