Study the Organizational Effectiveness in Relation to Managerial Behaviour of Principals and Teachers Commitment

Abstract

The study aimed at examining the organizational effectiveness in relation to managerial behaviour of principals and teachers commitment of senior secondary schools of Rajasthan. The study was guided by the following objectives: The objectives of the study to find out the inter correlation among organizational effectiveness, principals managerial behavior and teachers commitment. To study the effect of independent variables viz. principals managerial behavior and teachers commitment on dependent variable organizational effectiveness. To find out the differences between government and private senior secondary school on principals managerial behavior and teachers commitment. newline The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is an introductory chapter includes significance, objectives, hypothesis and delimitation of the study. The second chapter deals with review of related literature. In this chapter the researcher tapped the various sources of available related Indian and foreign literature pertaining to the problem of present study and surveyed for the sake of convenience area-wise. The third chapter of the study includes research design, research method, population, sample. tools used and statistical techniques followed. The researcher has taken 100 principals and 500 teachers from the senior secondary schools of Rajasthan. The fourth chapter is analysis and interpretation in which hypothesis of the study has been tested by using r , ANOVA, t test from obtained data to get the result. The fifth chapter includes findings, conclusion and suggestion. The six chapter is a summary part of the thesis through which we can see the work of thesis at a glance. newline newline
