Abstract: The study focuses on effectiveness of intervention strategies i.e. Cognitive restructuring, Meditation (guided imagery), Self-monitoring, Social-support and Information sharing, in promoting migrated employee s organizational integration by reducing their acculturative stress level. Acculturative Stress Assessment Scale (ASAS, 2011) by Sandhu and Khusboo and Employee s Organizational Integration Scale (EOIS, 2012) by Sandhu, Khusboo and Parasher are used to generate data. The purposive sample of 350 middle and upper level migrated employees (from one to another state), is taken from public and private sectors in the north-western region of India. For giving intervention, only willing employees with high acculturative stress and low organizational integration are taken to participate. So, total 25 employees (5 employees randomly selected for each strategy) participate in the intervention. Pre and Post test design is used to study the effectiveness of the strategies. Results indicate that all strategies show a significant difference in promoting organizational integration (H =17.42, plt 0.01) and reducing high level of acculturative stress (H =10.47, plt 0.05) of the participant groups. Wilcoxon signed rank test reveal a significant difference between pre and post intervention scores, showing a significant effect of each intervention. Based on Multiple Comparison Dunn s test, only two compared groups show a significant difference i.e. social support and cognitive restructuring (plt 0.01) as well as social support and meditation (plt 0.05) in reducing acculturative stress. Regarding employee s organizational integration this difference is significant in between meditation and social-support (plt 0.05); meditation and cognitive restructuring (plt 0.01); cognitive restructuring and information sharing (plt0.01); and cognitive restructuring and self-monitoring (plt 0.01). Overall, comparison of means specify cognitive restructuring as the most effective intervention strategy. newline
