Abstract: The prevalence of obesity in children and adolescents are increasing rapidly newlineworldwide. A rising rate of obesity in epidemic proportions also brings about newlineeconomic consequences and substantial healthcare costs. Regular physical activity newlinepositively affects the blood lipid and lipoprotein profile. The scientific understanding is that newlinephysical activity or planned exercise positively alters blood triglyceride levels. The study was newlineto find out the effect of different intensity of physical fitness exercises on physical, newlinephysiological, psychological and body composition variables among obese boys. The reviews newlineof the literature have been classified under two headings namely 1. Studies on physical newlineexercise training on selected variables. 2. Summary of the literature. All the research newlinestudies that are presented in this section prove that physical exercise training contribute newlinesignificantly for better improvement in selected variables. This study consisted of three newlineexperimental groups. Group-I (n=30) underwent moderate intensity physical fitness exercise, newlineGroup-II (n=30) underwent high intensity physical fitness exercise and Group III (n=30) newlineacted as control group. All the subjects were tested prior to and immediately after the newlineexperimentation on selected variables. The moderate intensity physical exercise training newlinegroups significantly improved the selected physical, physiological, psychological and body newlinecomposition variables namely muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, agility, newlineaerobic power, anaerobic power, anxiety, aggression, weight, lean body mass and fat newlinepercentage when compared with control group. newline
