Abstract: y. newlineIn this regard, both heuristic methods and metaheuristic methods are explored for newlineachieving optimized schedule with minimum execution time. The cloud user s will submit newlinethe workflow to the cloud provider. They will specify their security demand to the provider newlineas part of their Service Level Agreement (SLA). The Trust based Stochastic Scheduling newline(TSS) algorithm based on the list scheduling approach is proposed. Initially a trust model newlineis devised, which includes both direct trust relationship and reputation. Security is achieved newlineby the trust model. The TSS algorithm aims at reducing the schedule length newline
