Abstract: World Wide Web is the one of the largest repositories of newlineinformation Searching the relevant information from web is a challenging newlinetask for human Most of the searching from web is based on the keywords newlineData mining techniques are being applied for getting the relevant information newlinefrom this large repository of information A new direction for searching the newlineweb using nonlinear techniques is attempted by providing a model which newlinemakes the search in a systematic approach and obtains the desired information newlinefrom the web newlineAnother important ideology for the web today is cloud computing newlinein which sharing of the software components depends on the usage and newlinerequirement A resource allocation strategy is developed based on the Java newlineremote method invocation which deals with real time resource allocation newlinemethods using tokens and the request priority Bayesian Belief Networks are newlineused to perform online decisions on the search of a specific problem newlinesatisfying various constraints A Bayesian Belief Network for the educational newlineinstitutions is provided which could be used to select the best choice among newlinethe alternatives Logic programming is applied to identify the relevant newlineinformation by writing queries which in turn extract the desired information newlinefrom the web sites newlineThe objective of this research is to study the web search mechanism newlinein terms of newlineModeling of user browsing pattern newline Optimization of website design newline newlineStrategic allocation of web resource newlineThe sub object that is incidental to major objective is to evolve newlinetechniques for intelligent web search and information retrieval in terms of newlinemodeling the web search mechanism as Bayesian Belief Network and to newlineextract information using prolog based query processing newlineA model on the web search for a predetermined purpose is studied newlineSince the directions are addressed in a nondeterministic way the search is newlinebased on uncertainty and the search process is not homogeneous and it does newlinenot satisfy the principle of superposition it must be nonlinear newlinewith uncertainty in a deterministic and nondeterminis
