Abstract: Today organizations have to ponder upon developing a trend of multiculturalism, embarking the perceptions of employees towards the justice-related events like equitable reward administration system, career advancement opportunity, access to crucial organization related information, level of prejudice and discrimination (Comer and Soliman, 1996). Work of E.Miller in 1994 revealed that there is very little organization s who have attempted to train and educate diversified workforce but they ignored the human element concerning behavior, developing the human capital needs and motivation level of employees. Managing diversity means creating and maintaining a positive and conducive work culture where the differences and uniqueness of employees are recognised. Literature on diversity at workplace exhibit that well managed diversity can result in more contented, committed and better performing employees. It is, therefore necessary to develop and foster a culturally diversified workforce.
