Abstract: Globalization innovation of advanced technologies changes in legislations and government policy have changed the organizational working environment into competitive and also create an impact over the maintenance of effective communication system Employees are looking for innovative ways to get their attention in workplace and also companies are lagging for better assistance to reach their workforce It is the key role of organization to retain and maintain their workforce happily at their work environment. Communication is a crucial value processing element Organizational Communication is centred process used to connect the employees at different levels with their management and also with their stakeholders in various perspectives Communication plays a vital role in connecting employees with their organizational strategic objectives and also there is a need for proper communication system to achieve its mission and vision Internal communication and external communications are the basic elements of organizational communication Companies are spending tremendous amount of money for developing their external communication plan for their customers but fail to develop their internal communication system with their employees newlineThe present research is mainly focusing on examining the communication satisfaction and their relative job satisfaction of employees working in selective magnesite companies at Tamil Nadu This study is designed to explore the existing relationship on communication satisfaction dimensions along with job satisfaction factors This study is only limited to the employees of three Magnesite companies located in Tamil Nadu. The employees working in three organizations are classified as full time employees by their organization The employees are categorized into 3 segments executives supervisory staff and workmen By adopting stratified random sampling technique 434 respondents 45% of the population from each stratum are selected newline newline
