Abstract: | Human resources play an important role in development and overall success of newlineany organization. Managing human resources is the greatest challenge faced by newlinetoday s organizations. Attracting and retaining talented employees is the major newlinechallenge in front of human resource managers. Satisfied employee is productive, newlineretained, motivated and committed. So job satisfaction is the important aspect to newlineretain employees. Job satisfaction represents one of the most important and newlinecomplex aspect faced by today s managers while managing their employees. newlineJob satisfaction is the degree to which, individuals feel positively or negatively newlineabout their jobs. Job satisfaction is a worker s sense of achievement and success on newlinethe job, it is generally perceived to be directly linked to productivity as well as newlinepersonal well-being. Job satisfaction implies doing a job one enjoys, doing it well and newlinebeing rewarded for one s efforts. Job satisfaction is the important component that newlineleads to recognition, revenue, advancement and the attainment of other goals that lead newlineto a feeling of fulfillment. newlineHealth care is one of the India s largest sectors in terms of revenue and newlineemployment. This sector is expanding rapidly. There is a lot of migration of workers newlinetowards better openings, overall development and satisfied job due to globalization of newlinehealth care sector. Ensuring hospital employee job satisfaction is important to retain newlinethe employees and to effectively deliver health services. newlineAs per the previous literature job satisfaction among health care employees is newlineone of the most important aspect of health care organizations for providing qualitative newlinehealth care services.
