Abstract: Emotions are present in all living beings. Human beings due to their intelligence are able to comprehend other s emotions and express their emotions better. Some people are naturally more emotional and sensitive than others. Those individuals who do not have the ability or skill to handle emotions can acquire and develop their emotional intelligence through sufficient learning pointers and practice. The following are some simple ways to become emotionally intelligent: newline1. Identifying your own emotions and accepting its limitations. newline2. Control of verbal and non-verbal communication. newline3. Being more responsible in your actions. newline3. Anticipate and prepare for probable reactions. newline4. Reduce stressful situations in ways deemed appropriate. newlineThis study will identify The relationship between Emotional Intelligence as well as the efficiency of a teacher using the following model. The study would be conducted by distributing a questionnaire to undergraduate teachers, data would be collected and analyzed. With the help of the findings appropriate recommendations would be made. newline
