An Evaluatory Study on Financial Assistance and Claim Settelments under Rajiv Gandhi Jeevandayee Aarogya Yojana in Nanded District

Abstract

Over the past decade, the state government and the Indian government have implemented a series of programs to develop health care for the poorest families who fall below the poverty line above the poverty line, but do not reach those who they really benefit from this system. Some training and development programs are designed as a holistic knowledge of the Poverty Health Projects under Poverty (BPL) project. newlineThis aims to raise awareness on health insurance through the Rajiv Gandhi Jeevandayee Aarogya Yojana programs between the BPL and APL families and also to raise awareness among families with poverty under financial responsibility deriving from health problems that require hospitalization. newlineIn light of an evaluatory study on financial assistance and claim settlements under Rajiv Gandhi Jeevandayee Arogya Yojana this is one of the first evaluatory studies to find out the understanding, awareness, financial assistance given through this scheme and challenges faced by beneficiaries and network hospitals in Rajiv Gandhi Jeevandayee Arogya Yojana in Nanded district of Maharashtra state. newline
