dc.description.abstractApart from the high and low fertility motives for control of population, Psychologists have associated certain personality correlates with the acceptance and adoption of birth control method. Many studies have included the measurement of psychological aspects and contraception, sterilization and abortion as part of a broader research approach. The development of new birth control methods of effectiveness and acceptability means that birth rates can change more rapidly in response to change in attitudes and values related to family size. In other words, the distance between individual dispositions and fertility behavior should be shortened as technological advances erase some situational constraints. newlineOBJECTIVES newline5.1.
