Abstract: Age of analytics is what we live in. Information is in abundance, but how we use it for newlinedecision making is important. Fast growing economy, not only changes the way of newlinedoing business but also expects the organizations to be more professional than newlinetraditional. newlineMost of the firms are in need of highly skilled professionals, young energetic workers newlineto compete with the fast growing technological world which is likely to increase in next newlinedecade also. newlineThe war for potential workers with technological skills makes the firms to go for newlinevarious options to seek skilled professionals. This leads to the growth of analytics newlinewhich has emerged as an effective mode to establish talented workers with the effective newlinerole of technology. Most of the firms depends upon IT or IT enables services for the newlineproper execution to maintain the firm s vision and mission. newlineAnalytics is the data churned to get logic results. It is data driven output to predict the newlinefuture. Analytics make use of analysis and interpret the reason behind outcome of the newlinechurned data. Hence, it is the method of logical analysis to forecast the opportunity. In newlineany organization, Analytics plays vital role in HR department also. It helps in newlineworkforce routine thereby improving growth to the organisation. newlineIn the Present study there is an attempt made to understand the relevance of Human newlineResource Analytics in Organizations from retail, manufacturing and IT sector and the newlinelevel of Adoption relating to the extent of its usage in various Human Resource newlinefunctions. This study will also explore the challenges faced by the organizations newlinetowards the implementation of HR Analytics and its role in decision making process. newline
