Abstract: The growth of good quality single crystals has been more focused newlinedue to their applications in emerging technologies In that way the main newlineobjectives of the work presented in this thesis is to grow some semiorganic newlinesingle crystals such as pure and amino acid and#671;histidine and#671;citrulline and and#671;aspartic newlineacid doped potassium hydrogen acid phthalate in three different newlineconcentrations sodium hydrogen acid phthalate mixed potassium sodium newlinephthalate and anhydrous sodium formate single crystals The crystals were newlinegrown by simple solution grown solvent evaporation method The alkali metal newlineacid phthalate and metal formate crystals are highly recognized due to their newlineexcellent optical and electrical properties newline newline
