Abstract: The demographic compression and tension give broad way to a newlineparadigm shift from the conventional building construction technologies to newlineimprovised stateofthe art technology As the resources for building materials newlineare depleting due to legal injunctions and implications from the governmental newlinestrategies there is a need to explore the prospects and perspectives of newlineappropriate and equivalent building materials to match the construction needs newlinefor different purposes This situation triggers the mind to turn to the newlinetransformation and utilizing the materials generated as wastes and by product newlinefrom industries as building material substitutes or replacement materials in newlineconcrete production newlineThe conventional concrete encompasses a rationed mix of cement newlinesand aggregate and potable water Here is an attempt made to make concrete newlinelight in weight and suit for all high rise buildings without giving up for newlinecorrosion The admixtures included for replacing the cement includes fly ash newlinesilica fume quartz powder and GGBS with particular reference to make an newlineimprovised concrete Thermal newline newline
