Abstract: When a Body Sensor Network (BSN) that is linked to the newlinebackbone via a wireless network interface roams from one newlinecoverage zone to another then in between wireless-body-areanetworks (WBAN) interference created, which can cause newlineserious throughput degradation and energy waste. When a newlinewireless body area network become mobile then problem arises newlineof inter process interference A necessity appears for efficient newlineWBAN monitoring information extraction, high spatial reuse, newlinedynamically fine tuning the monitoring process to suit the data newlinequality, provision for allowing the translation of high-level newlinerequirements of medical officers to low-level sensor newlinereconfiguration. Issues related to security and possible newlinesolutions must be taken in the research. Study brings out that newlinethe current proposed solutions in security are still having newlinelimitations needing further research. This thesis proposes an newlineoptimized BSN handover strategy. RASS (Real-time Accurate newlineand Scalable System) and VMISO(Virtual Multiple Input Single newlineOutput) system implementation in WBAN, and procedure to newlinemaximize the network throughput by jointly selecting stable newlineroutes and assigning channels avoiding inter- and intra-flow newlineinterferences based on mobility prediction. newlineSome of the issues are addressed in WBANs, in which the newlinecritical issues need to be solved are energy saving and security newlinealong with inter-WBANs interference. To evade the interWBANs interference along with the control the transmissionxi newlinepower on WBAN system, this paper presents a cooperative newlinebased power control game algorithm which is utilized with the newlinesocial interaction information model. In order to manage the newlineWBAN with the security measures to transmit the patient data newlinethroughout the system an Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) newlinealgorithm is used for authentication before initiating the newlinetransmission. The performance of the proposed approach is newlineevaluated along with the increased number of nodes while the newlineoccurrence of an interference problem is also rigorous. The newlineproposed approach provides the better results where the power newlineis increased to maximize the system life time of WBAN newlinecommunication through power game approach, which also newlinemitigates the interference problem efficiently. The WBAN newlinesystem uses ECC algorithm to perform authentication, newlineencryption and decryption, which yield better security of newlinepatient data to establish the communication between the newlinenumbers of WBAN. newline
