dc.description.abstractThe aim of the present study was to explore the organizational climate of Kasturba Gandhi BalikaVidyalayas and its impact on student adjustment, quality of leaning, learning achievement, teachers job satisfaction and students drop out rate. The researcher has employed the descriptive survey method in the present study. The researcher selected 29 Kasturba Gandhi BalikaVidyalayas of Agra Division through purposive sampling method and the sample units were selected through simple random sampling method which included 1305 students (45 girls from each school) and 145 (5 teachers from each school) school teachers.For the present investigation the researcher has selected the tools on School Organizational climate constructed by MotiLal Sharma, Adjustment inventory for school students by A.K.P Sinha and R.P Singh, Job Satisfaction scale by Meera Dixit. For measuring the Quality of Learning and Learning achievement of students a self constructed tool on Quality of learning Questionnaire and Learning Achievement test was used by the researcher herself and the reliability and validity for both the tools found satisfactory. For the identification of student dropout rate the researcher collected the data from school records. newline
