Abstract: Composites materials have received a significant attention of scientists all over the world due to its wide application in many areas including commercial, industrial, domestic, technical and scientific. The composite have been found to be superior and have valuable properties compared to its individual constituents, matrix and reinforcement materials from which they are prepared. In the recent years, due to development of nanotechnology, a lot of composite materials have been prepared using nanostructures such as nanotubes, nanofibres, nanoparticles, graphene, quantum dots, polymers etc. and designated as nanocomposite materials. These nanocomposites have promising applications in the different fields including sensors technology.
