GICs existence was recognized in 1980s and 90s by global organizations newlinewhich have businesses in several countries of the world.The major reason to set up GICs in the newlinedeveloping nations and other countries were availability of skilled labour in their labour market, newlinelow wages of employees in a comparison to their own country and availability of resources at newlinelow prices. Economy and to promote the branding were of imperative concerns. India found newlineahead in GIC domain to set up locations followed by Philippines, Eastern Europe and Latin newlineAmerica who are coming up very fast in competition for the past few years for the location setup newlinein their country. Global In-House Centers as captives in India have convincing story to narrate to newlinethe world because of largest networking system in the world. There is shift in trend in newlineinvestment on labour skills and labour cost towards the quality and value.
