Abstract: Sequencing and Scheduling (SAS) both are the major component in the Production Management and Operations Management. Today s globalization rules prescribe that only most effective SAS approaches of management and industrial production can go far. In the recent years, SAS problems have been attracted by numerous researchers because of its global competitive market demands. Hence, it is the most developed arena and mathematically called in Operations Research, Industrial Management, Production Management, and Industrial Engineering. An efficient and effective SAS is useful for increasing the productivity, improving quality of products, fulfilling the demands of market in time. In day-to-day life, the decision makers are very curious to find the best way to successfully manage the resources in order to produce the product in the most efficient way for the manufacturing and service industries. In recent years, Just-In-Time (JIT) scheduling was also applied in many studies to solve the problems, which consist of tardiness and earliness of jobs. In JIT scheduling most of the production industries are referred to meet the client s requirement in terms of due dates as possible for avoiding the earliness and tardiness of the jobs. The production companies are a detriment with great extent if they have early jobs or tardy jobs. Hence, for obtaining absolute scheduled, jobs should be finished exactly on their due dates. Due dates has the significant role in the production companies. newlineIn classical scheduling, most of the research literatures have been considered that setup times included with processing time and machines are always available during the jobs process, but these presumptions may be vindicated in some instances. In real life practical situations and modern production industries setup times is considered apart from processing time in the form of gear up the machine, cleaning up the machines, setting tools, prepare the machine for processing the jobs on it etc. Similarly, in real life practical situ
