Both of them have added a lot revenue and advantage to the Indian economy. newlineTechnology has proven to be quite beneficial for the citizens of the country. With the newlinedevelopment of technology in the world, it has become easy and efficient to be connected newlineevery time with others. Works or jobs that used to take days to time to be done by the newlineemployees of any organization are being done in just a few hours today all because of newlinetechnology development. With the growth of Indian economy and the development of the newlinetechnology, ample number of opportunities are available in the marketplace. Competition newlinewith the organizations has increased so much that each company needs to have the newlinecompetitive edge to survive for a longer period of time. newlineAn employee is the most important asset for any organization. So, whether it is Private or newlinePublic organization, every organization needs employees to survive in the marketplace. No newlineorganization can survive at any cost without its committed and loyal employees.
