Abstract: The present study was therefore aimed to evaluate the wound healing effect of methanolic extract of Acalypha indica and Aristolochia bracteolata by using different in the vitro cell culture system The study involves cellular proliferation migration anti inflammation and associated mechanism of action for the scientific support as also evaluation of the unique characteristics of Gingival MSCs on induction with plant extracts for a demonstration of their potential to secrete cytokines and growth factors that could be of therapeutic and immune modulatory importance Characterization of the function of commonly secreted proteins and genes involved in wound healing and other metabolic disorders by qPCR and western blotting studies shall supplement the work objective to ascertain the role of plant extracts Based on these results the work proposes to develop Bio engineered tissue constructs encapsulated with stem cells that could be evaluated for supportive effect towards developing a wound healing graft tissue newline
