The seeds of the following plants Azadirchta indica Juss, Sapindus newlinetrifoliatus Linn, Phyllanthus emblica, Lawsonia inermis Linn, Ocimum newlinesanctum Linn, Trigonella foenum-graecum Linn, Withania Somniafera newlineDunal, Semecarpus anacardium are immensely used for the extraction of newlinemedicinal use in human disease cure. It is observed in case of crop plants the newlineseeds during storage showed association of number of fungi, which means newlinecaused seed biodeteriation result in into loss of storage chemicals, seed newlinediscolouration and seed germiability. However, this type of information newlineregarding the role of storage mycoflora and its effect on chemical changes in newlineseed, in case of medicinal is not available properly. Considering the fact newlinepresent topic has been selected. In the first part of the research work would be newlinecarried out an isolation, identification and culturing of seed mycoflora of newlinemedicinal plants. The second part of the work would be completely on newlineproduction of enzymes and toxins of seed borne fungi or seed mycoflora and newlinedegradation of chemical / medicinal compounds due to associated seed newlinemycoflora. newline
