Abstract: | In the financial sector, of which Banking sector, (especially with urban co-operative banks) plays dominant role of building the economy of an individual as well as a nation. Urban Co-operative Banks have a control a large part of the supply circulation of money in urban ares. They are one of the main stimuli for the economics progress of the country. A strong banking and finance sector is, therefore, necessary for a country to emerge as a development one. Today banking is known as innovating banking. Customer service and customer satisfaction are prime work of these bank. There are many urban co-operative banks are working successfully and also running social welfare scheme in large scale as well as motivating them for saving much more newlineThis study was aimed at finding out the performance appraisal of urban co-operative banks, a study with references to urban co-operative Banks in Jalna district. It was also the purpose of the study to find out the growth level of selected urban co-operative banks in Jalna district. To find out satisfaction level of depositors, borrowers and employees, performance level of loan recovery etc. of selected urban co-operative banks. For study researcher take 5 selected urban co-operative banks in Jalna district .The sample consists of 100 depositors 20 of each bank 99 borrowers 20 of 4 banks and from mantha urban co-operative bank the borrowers are only 19, and 50 employees 10 of each selected bank that was 249 total respondent taken for study. |
