Abstract: | In past teaching was merely giving information and learning was acquiring information. newlineBut now a day s teacher s role gets changed, as a guide help to learn as child wants. Our newlinechild centered and it is assumed that school environment is favorable for divergent newlinethinking of student. Creativity increases intelligence from 1st std. of primary school newlineeducation. newlineCreativity is marked by the ability or power to create to bring in to existence to invest newlinewith a new form to produce through imaginative skill, to make or bring into existence newlinesomething new artistic, intellectual and inventiveness. Creativity involves generation of newlinenew ideas into existence into something new. newlineCreativity is kind of thinking, reasoning or problem solving skills. Guilford developed newlineintellect model for intelligence as three dimensions viz. content, process and product. newlineThinking can be done through medium called content by Guilford. Thinking can be made newlinethrough audio visual field, symbolic, semantic and behavioral ways. Divergent thinking is newlineprocess through divergent media. Divergent thinking reassembles with creativity. The newlinepresent study aimed to find whether these relation of creativity with components of newlinecontent viz. figural, symbolic, semantic which are mentioned in Guilford Intellect Model. newlineCreativity is the complex blend of number of abilities and trades, in present study Baquer newlineMehdis test of creative thinking is used to measure dimensions of creative behavior newlinethough their verbal test item. The dimensions of creativity measured through the test are newlinefluency, flexibility and originality. newlineGuilford proposed three dimensions structure of intelligence medium of thinking newlinecontent. Process of thinking- operation. Outcome of thinking- production.
