Abstract: newline Modern lifestyles have resulted in stress-related disorders, and various approaches, for newlineexample, yoga, meditation and antistress drugs, are used to counteract aversive stress effects. newlinePlant drugs have come to the rescue to mankind in many ailments and may offer satisfactory newlinesolution to stress induced perturbations While some outcome studies suggest that standard newlineevidence-based treatments are effective in reducing both depressive and anxiety symptoms, newlineother studies recommend modifications to traditional treatment approaches in order to newlineoptimally manage depression with comorbid anxiety. To date, however, no psychopharmacologic newlineor psycho-therapeutic treatment has been established in randomized newlinecontrolled trials as superior, in the treatment of depression with comorbid anxiety. Some newlineplant show potent toxicity associated with the renal, cardiac, hematopoietic and reproductive newlinesystems. The development of controlled release delivery strategies would lead to significant newlineadvantages in the clinical use of these drugs to decreasing the toxicity. If the selected plant newlinehaving toxicity and bad bioavailability, formulation of solid lipid nanoparticle associated with newlinethe isolate decreases the toxicity with increasing bioavailability. newlineThe results revealed that the ethanol extract of Pterospermum acerifolium at 100 and 200 newlinemg/kg caused a significant reduction in the spontaneous activity (general behavioral profile), newlineremarkable decrease in exploratory behavioral pattern (Y-maze and head dip test), a newlinereduction in muscle relaxant activity The memory improvement of the stressed mice was newlineshown by an increase of the latency time in the step-through test and the decrease of the newlinelatency time in the Y-maze test. Treatment with SLN with Pterospermum acerifolium was newlinefound to significantly decrease the serum levels of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH), newlinecorticosterone (CORT) and and#946;-endorphin (and#946;-EP) as well as the brain and serum level of newlinenorepinephrine (NE). Furthermore, Pterospermum acerifolium was able to significantly newlinereverse
