dc.description.abstract | The cutting tool industry is striving towards making tools available to the industry which cost less and perform better. The development in technology has made available sophisticated machines which in controlled environments can produce components of such good finish and dimensional accuracy that subsequent operations like grinding itself can be eliminated. However, such machining is only possible by proper tools.
