Abstract: Diversity in the workforce is a very important aspect in today s globalized world. With globalization and growth of Multi-national Corporation, professionals are continuously interacting and working with people from different nations, markets, cultures, geographies and generations. For individuals and organizations, working with diverse set of people is no longer a choice or privilege, but a necessity. Knowing and collaborating with different people from across the globe is the only choice professionals have in order to thrive in this fiercely competitive world.
