Abstract: There is a saying which goes, A drop of water is worth more than a sack of gold to a thirsty man, and it defines how precious water is in our lives. The world without water is a scary visual and this has let the reforms step forward to save Water. In the year 1992 United Nations adopted March 22nd as the World Water Day and a number of regulations were made to educate the public on alarming and concerning situations of water crisis through documentary publications, organization of conferences, round table discussions, seminars and expositions. newline
