Abstract

The research presented in the thesis deals with the problem of newlineoscillatory and asymptotic behavior of nonlinear difference newlineequations. Chapter 2 deals with the study of oscillatory properties newlineof solutions of second order nonlinear difference equation. In newlineChapters 3 and 4, we consider the oscillatory and nonoscillatory newlinebehavior of solution of second order quasilinear difference newlineequations. Finally in Chapter 5 we study the asymptotic and newlineoscillatory behavior of higher order nonlinear difference equations. newlineExamples are provided then and there to illustrate the results. newline
