Abstract: The most successful developer in the world is nature itself. The newlineaerodynamics of wings, the surface and shape of fish, the lightweight newlinestructure of mammal bones or the Lotus effect on surface are only a few newlineexamples of nature s wisdom is now being used. Rather only nature gives newlinethe inspiration to fly. newlineOn the same line, Bionics approach can be brought into management. newlineAdaptation of good practices in living beings of natural world into human newlinemanagement would be a most promising task to give us robust, still flexible newlinemanagement systems. In current cut throat management, the nature s newlinerule, Survival of the Best , is also true for the organisations. For newlineorganisations to be the best, Bionism approach can provide concrete newlineguidelines to design intelligent management systems which are robust still newlineflexible and adaptive. This will help to tackle complex problems with very newlinefew, simple, basic rules and regulations. newline newline newline
