Laser Metal Deposition is a recent development in additive manufacturing newlineprocess that is growing rapidly in engineering and aerospace industry Titanium and Nickel based super alloys are high value aerospace grade materials used in development and repair applications From the extensive literature review it has been found that limited work has been carried out in developing manufacturing data or part building parameters newline newline
