Abstract: Over the period of time this has been realized that the employees are the newlinemain assets of the organization and there exist a positive relationship between newlineemployee motivation and business performance. Being aware of these fact newlineorganizations has shifted their focus on employee motivation to achieve success and newlineincrease business effectiveness. The fast food workers are unique and have their newlineindividual needs, potentials, values and goals. When workers are satisfied, they tend newlineto be motivated to work. To gain a productive and positive behavior through its newlineemployees, management needs to create a sound motivational environment within newlinethe entire organization as motivation is a important as well as unavoidable factor in newlinean oganization. newlineFast Food is the term given to food that can be prepared and served very newlinequickly and easily. While any meal with low preparation time can be considered to newlinebe fast food, typically the term refers to food sold in a restaurant or store with low newlinequality preparation and served to the customer in a from for take out / take away. newlineFast food began after the Second World War. It has come a long way and has newlineachieved unmatchable success and popularity. The success of the fast food chains newlinerest on its marketing strategy and selling Point. newlineIndia is one of the fastest growing economies in the world. Driven by the newlinechanging demographics, stable government, favourable economic policies and a newlinepositive sentiment, the country s Gross Domestic Product ( GDP) is projected to newlinegrow at 7.4 percent, as estimated by the International Monetary Fund (IMF), over newlinethe fiscal year 2017 (FY 17) and FY 18. newlineFast food industry is one of the world s fastest growing sectors in food newlineindustry. However, over a period of time, with a growth in the number of nuclear newlinefamilies, economic growth and increasing per capita income as well as globalization, newlinefast food culture gained prominence in India.
