Abstract: Background: In the last few years, the business process model is gradually used by different IT companies to get various benefits such as documenting, reusability, communication between stakeholders. (Stakeholders means any human who directly or indirectly involves in the system like actor, designer, analyst, software engineer, implementer) newline newlineAim: This situation demands reusability, easy to use and accurate understanding. Some process models are available to solve this situation but, all process models are either very large or complex due to that result is difficult to manage and understand. The aim of the research is to study and develop new Business Process Model with Semantic Annotation. newline newlineMaterials and Methods: After doing a study of different business process models, a new business process model tool named as Rapid Business Process Model has been designed and developed for different business processes. It has tested by developing different business processes for various business domains. newline newlineResult and Discussion: Rapid Business Process Model and other business models tested for development of business processes of different domains. The key parameters vital for the development of business process have measured, and results generated and discussed. The newly developed model is also given to various companies to take real practical feedback from the end users. Results generated from this feedback also discussed. newline newline newlineConclusion: The researcher has concluded that the newly developed model is better than other compared business models. It has less number of symbols and ease to use. The business process developed using this model is compact and precise compared to other business process models newline
