Abstract: Thirty sedentary students were selected as an experimental group and thirty anther newlinesedentary students selected as a control group. Training was given to experimental group only newlineseparately.30 sedentary students were divided into two aged group. Out of 30 sedentary newlinestudents 18 were belongs to 18-23 years of age and 12 sedentary students were belongs to 24- newline30 years of age. The conditioning exercise programme were planned for 4 days a week 30 newlineminutes in a day for 12 weeks including 10 minutes warm up period and 05 minutes cool newlinedown. Exercise that use large muscles groups that can be maintained continuously and are newlineaerobic in nature. Warm - up period was approximately 10 min., this was combine newlinecallisthenic type stretching, exercise and progressive aerobic activity. However, cool down newlineperiod were 5 to 10 min. Cardiovascular Endurance was evaluated by using 12 minute Run and newlineWalk Test. The 12 minute run test requires the person being tested to run or walk as far as newlinepossible in a 12 minute period. The objective of the test is to measure the maximum distance newlinecovered by the individual during the 12 minute period and is usually carried out on a running newlinetrack by placing cones at various distances to enable measuring of the distance. A stopwatch newlineis required for ensuring that the individual runs for the correct amount of time. When time is newlineover, at that time investigator gives signal to stop. Subject was stands right there where he newlinestops. Then investigator measures the crossed distance by the subject. Muscular Endurance newlinewas evaluated by using 1 minute Bent Knee Sit Up test. Abdominal muscular endurance was newlinemeasured by performing the 1-minute bent knee sit-up test. Subject Lied on his back with newlineknees bent at a 90-degree angle. His feet were flat on the floor. Subject interlocked his fingers newlinebehind his head, and then slowly rises to sitting position and touched his elbows to knees. newlineNow subject let down his body back to the starting position, and repeated the process as newlinemany times as possible for the subject within one minute.
