Abstract: Organizational Learning Capability as a concept has been largely dealt with mostly in America Europe and South East Asia etc It has been found through literature review that very little research has gone into in India with very few selected researchers undertaking this highly developed and valuable area of research in our management and organizational study The study began with extensive literature review available on the topic Based on the review of literature the research gaps were identified The questionnaire by Ramnarayan 1996 was suitably modified and developed for the empirical study There were six independent variable of Organizational Learning Capabilities and their impact on dependent variable of business performance was measured The reliability of the data was measured using Cronbachs alpha test Multiple regression analysis was carried out to test the hypotheses framed Path coefficient was studied for the acceptance or rejection of the hypothesis All the hypothesis were accepted The major recommendations from this research to Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd top management is that the organization has an effective level of learning within the organization but with changes in the current world oil scenario it needs to be prepared to face the future challenges of the oil sectors majorly it has to focus on innovation and experimentation in order to synergize its efforts in oil exploration The organization needs to realign its hr strategies so that there is pool of talent at every level of hierarchy in the organization because imbalances in the talent requirements have a direct impact on the efficient functioning of the organization One of the significant contributions of this research is a validated model for the assessment of organizational learning capabilities impact on Business performance of a firm The model can be further validated for other sectors of business as well newline newline newline
