The study was delimited to200 school children (100 boys and 100 girls) of govt. school of Jammu of age group of subject 10-15 years. The method used to collect the data was in cardiovascular test (Harward step test) and the data were collected on 100 boys (50 control group and 50 experimental groups) and 100 girls (50 control group and 50 experimental groups). After that the data was analyzed with the help of t-test (pre test and post test) to find out the significance difference. The levels of significance choose was 0.05. We conclude the following result: newline1. The cardiovascular endurance is much better in post test compare to pre test in experimental group. newline2. The cardiovascular endurance is satisfactory in post test compare to pre test in control group. newline3. The cardiovascular endurance is increased after the yogic paranayam training (6 week). newline newline
