Abstract: Enhanced Learning and Grading is a trivial aberration from E-learning. While E-learning accentuates on the provision of a complete learning management system in the usually fixed standards, Enhanced Learning and Grading indicates to use the same in a non-homogenous manner. This property of building its structure on the hover brands extra flexible and at the same time gives the arena of user-friendly environment an absolute next level experience. The Semantic Intelligent Performance based System (SIPBS) discussed in this thesis a software application that is a combination of both E-concept and semantic web. The ability to access the web in a semantic analysis approach ensures more accurate and relevant search results as compared to the usually opted syntactic approach. This system avails almost everything a student would require to excel in academics. newlineNot only does this system provide encouragement through motivational blog section but also enables the users to share their viewpoint at the Users-corner. The SIPBS comprises of several sections, namely Plagdetector, Examination system ,subjective evaluation, Project Garage, User-Corner. newlineSo the aim is to provide everything on a single platform which would save both time and energy of the students while they are on the quest to acquire supreme quality knowledge. newlineThis thesis is aimed to provide a brief description about the working and the processes involved with the system. And it is also focusing on the challenges during the deployment of ontology for university examination system. The expansion of semantic web with web ontology also enhanced the creation and publishing of ontology and relationships in almost all domains .
