It also examined recruitment, training and employment pattern of women officers of newlineiii newlineIndian military and U.S. military in depth and the transition in employment policies of newlinewomen officers of Indian Army at length. The impact of recruitment, training and newlineemployment policies of Indian Army on gender inclusion was analysed empirically. The gaps newlinethat have emerged from the research study highlight need for changing and updating the newlinepolicies of recruitment, training and employment to contribute towards effective inclusion of newlinewomen in Indian Army newline
