dc.description.abstractnewline Change is always painful but without change there is no growth and without growth no development. During the past few decades the manufacturing sector has undergone considerable changes. The manufacturing and service industry today facing a tough competition due to dynamic environment because of companies are spreading itself across the globe very rapidly by breaking or removing all hurdles coming in path. Present study makes an attempt in identifying the impact of organizational change on employees behaviour in service and manufacturing sector. Finding based on the survey method and hence entirely depends on the perception of people on some issues. As a sample of 428 were chosen for conducting the present study from NCR. For testing the hypothesis Correlation and Multiple Regression has been used to find out the relationship between Dependent variable and Independent Variable. The strongest influence factor that impacts of organizational change towards employees Behaviour in NCR is tolerance to change. The second influential factor is communication. Through communication employee can exchange of information, knowledge or ideas. Another significant factor between the employees Behaviour in NCR is leadership. The study also finds that Management support is very vital for motivating and shaping positive behaviour towards organizational change. In continuation procedural justice was also found to be an imp predictor of employees behaviour. Last but not least the least significant factor is employees development in influence the employees Behaviour in NCR. newline newline
