To satisfy these objectives overall nine hypotheses were designed. newline newlineIn summary sound HR planning backed up by sound recruitment and selection practices provide right kind of employee at right place and right time and positively leads to healthy business performance outcome. It provides necessary fit and flexibility for achieving organization mission and vision.
