newline quot Education loan is a popular method of funding loans to the young aspirants who wishes to pursue higher education in India and as well as in abroad. This scheme provides financial support to a meritorious student or a deserving student in order to proceed with their higher education with affordable terms and conditions. So, banks are helping those students by giving loans for some rate of interest. These interest rates will be ubstantially low and repayment period will also be more compared to other loans as these loans are for students who are poor. Repayment can be done by students after finishing their respective duration of course. The main objective of the study is to analysis the problems faced by the bankers towards the Retrieval of Education loan provided to the students pursuing professional higher education courses. newlineIn this research study bankers survey played a key role which reflected 6 factors such as Lack of Employment opportunities, Marks obtained, Low income, Emotional Burden and Natural Barriers, Government Policies and Literacy among parents. A Structural Equation Model (SEM) has been developed for the research study is inter related with each other. Research design was framed based on the study which includes population, sample size, sampling techniques. Primary data was collected based on the questionnaire framed with these SEM factors and a survey was conducted to gather opinion on the research study from 240 respondents from the Public sector banks in Tamilnadu. newlinequot newline
