Abstract: quot The attitudes of employees and the organizational culture are directly related to the nature of organizational interaction. Businesses that are responsive to internal and external demands have a positive organization culture in which members are committed to the organization and who are working together to ensure continued success. newline People-Organization relationship is the key factor for ensuring effective performance. In the broader sense, every difficulty encountered with an organization contains some ingredient of distorted, insufficient or poorly timed information exchange. While there is a common agreement that effective communication can help tap into employees energies and ideas, companies are not getting what they need from their internal communication. In every construction company people seem to believe that communication can be better but that improvement seems difficult to achieve. While technical knowledge can be imparted through training programmes, commitment can be obtained only through cooperation. This aspect of people management is not recognized in most of the construction companies. newlinequot newline newline
