Abstract

Modern information technologies require innovations that are newlinebased on modeling analyzing designing and nally implementing new newlinesystems Queueing theory was developed to provide models to predict the newlinebehaviour of systems that attempt to provide service for randomly arising newlinedemands With the appearance of computers and computer networks newlinequeueing systems and queueing networks have been identied as a powerful newlineanalysis and design tool for various applications Nowadays new results in newlinequeueing systems have often been inspired by latest technical advances in newlinecomputer network systems and wireless communication systems In view of newlinethe network complexity and increasing number of customers the customer newlinebehaviour and the retrial phenomenon may have a signicant impact on the newlinecomputer network performance newline newline
