dc.description.abstractFerrites and its nano particles had played a major role in many real newlinetime electromagnetic devices such as in construction of high frequency newlineMicrostrip patch antennas MSPA The miniaturization of Microstrip patch newlineantenna MSPA using a Series of novel double lanthanide doped Cerium Ce3+ newlineand Erbium Er3+ magnesium nano ferrite material MCEF was synthesized by newlinesolgel route in order to improve the electrical and magnetic properties of these newlineas prepared particles The requisite material is thus prepared in the form of nano newlineparticle size made into cylindrical pellets and sintered in a microwave furnace newline850° C for the preparation of MSPA substrates at 3 GHz frequency range with newlinethe improved directivity and the gain it was seen that dielectric constant r and newlinedielectric loss loss tangent tan were high due to double doping the electrical newlineand magnetic properties of the values r tanand#948; and Permeability and#956; decreased. newlineStructural and Size analysis was investigated by Xray Diffraction XRD and newlineScanning Electron Microscope SEM newline newline
