Abstract: quotThe Information and Communication Technology (ICT) provides service to the users to fulfill their demands via establishing infrastructure, developing network applications and interconnecting available resources. The process of enhancing network quality depends on the level of satisfaction on specific domain applications. The users are selecting and applying specific resources for their needs, but the applications are producing different results in certain environment. To overcome such events, the development concerns and researchers are working in the network specialization. As a result of research activities, patch processing has been initiated to enhance the quality of services. Network services are aimed to the service providers to its users in term of quality services. Today, technology provides a sophisticated environment to the users. The existing environment tries to accommodate the upcoming updates at its maximum to adopt the technological changes and to increase the efficiency of its usage; while accommodating the changes and its implementation of technology, the structured network system becomes an un-structured in practical. The unstructured network faces many disputes while providing the services. There are many factors involved: network architectures, software, service updates, user accessibility and quality of services. This area is identified as one among the potential research domain to improve the quality of services. newline newlineThe network quality of service enhancement is identified as a potential research based on the review of literature. The research literature covers components of quality of network services, protocol analysis, network communication, cloud computing, cloud architecture, cloud communication though virtual network, implementation of protocols in the cloud applications, device monitoring, resource connectivity and functional process errors.
