Abstract: newline This invention expose a process methology for preparing potent polyphyto dispersible tablet for treatment of hyperlipidaemia and urolithiasis. The tablets were prepared by blending the suitable proportion of various plant parts based on the novel ideal tree concept phenomenon different phyto mixture were prepared by geometrical mixing and blending process later subjective for its phytochemical standardization, cell line toxicity, SEM, IR, UV and In-vivo, In-vitro activity for Antilithiatic and Antihyperlipidemic and the result were complied with marketed poly herbal formulation cystone and fenofibrate. The formulation showed potent Antilithiatic as well as antihyperlipedemic activity 50/100mg dose. The polyphyto dispersible tablet was prepared and evaluated for dispersibility and other parameters revealed significant results and promising potent antilithiogenic as well as antihyperlipedemic activity.
