In India microfinance service is majorly provided by two ways. One way is the SHG Bank linkage programme. This is very successful and widely followed all over India and this can be seen from yearly reports published by NABARD. The other way to provide microfinance service in India is through microfinance institutions. This microfinance institution has different legal forms and so they have been registered under different Acts. newline newline
