Abstract: A study on the Impact of Intervention Strategies in Overcoming Dysgraphia among 4thand newline5th Class Children at Primary Level in Telangana State was conducted in 3 districts of newlineTelangana, Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy and Mahabub Nagar districts on 304 children newlinefrom 4th and 5th classes with Dysgraphia from 36 schools. A quasi experimental design newlinewas adapted. The identification of children with Dysgraphia was done from a population newlinesample o 4th and 5th class children with scholastic backwardness in 3 consecutive newlineachievement test. Areas of difficulties in writing skills for these children were identified newlineadministering various tools. A diagnostic test in the four sub skills of writing skills was newlinedeveloped based on the grade level competencies of the children. A pre test was newlinetaken to know the level of expertise of these children before intervention. The newlineintervention strategies were prepared for the four sub skills of writing and for behaviour newlinemanifestation skills. 50 teachers were selected from these 36 schools. They were given newlinetraining on how to conduct the intervention strategies. The intervention was conducted newlinefor 9 months. The researcher supervised the intervention program as per the training newlinegiven to the teachers. The data was analysed and the results showed that there was newlinegreat improvement in the writing skills of 4th and 5th class children in Fine motor skills, newlineHand writing skills, Spelling skills and written Expression skills apart from behaviour manifestation skills after intervention. The intervention strategies greatly helped all the children in overcoming Dysgraphia
